ALDI MiniRoos Kick-Off has been developed in line with the game-sense philosophy of sport participation,using game-like situations rather than technical drills. This type of environment teaches the fundamentals of a sport in a fun, engaging, and inclusive environment that focuses on enjoyment rather than results.

  • The parent/guardian/player agrees that he or she has enrolled the participant freely, voluntarily and absolutely at his or her own discretion and risk and with full appreciation of the nature and extent of all risks involved in the activity. This waiver binds the participant and his or her parents/guardians. Insurance Disclaimer Sporting activities require physical exertion and include a risk of injury. Participation of your child/yourself or your guests is your acceptance of that risk, on their behalf. MUBFC will not accept liability for the injury or death of any person at a MUBFC session or event. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold MUBFC and all their associated companies and their directors, employees, information providers, franchisor and franchisees, officers, partners, sponsors and suppliers (collectively, indemnified parties) harmless from and against any and all liability and costs (including, without limitation, legal fees and costs) incurred by the indemnified parties in connection with any claim arising out of any breach by you of these terms and conditions of use.

  • In the event of a medical emergency and I can not be contacted, I consent and authorise the officials of the Manningham United Blues Football Club seeking or where appropriate administering such emergency medical treatment as deemed necessary by a legally qualified medical practitioner and agree to meet the costs of any treatment or procedures incurred by the Manningham United Blues Football Club. I have read and understand this waiver of my legal rights and that of the participant.
